Little Kittens
Two little kittens
Hiding in the grass
Playing with the flowers
Hoping the day will last
Sitting in a basket
Jumping up and down
Watching for the puppy
That always sneaks around
"Do you see him coming"
As one says to the other
We better get our heads down
Way behind the flowers
For he will tease us
And his bark is so loud
We will tremble with fear
While he's in the yard
Go away little puppy
Let us play some more
For soon mom will call
When the milks in the bowl
So go play with your friends
And leave us kittens alone
For we need a little nap now
Before we both go home
